Our history

The Oasi del Tortellino was opened in Albano Laziale in 1989 by the skilled hands of local masters and experts in the production of all types of fresh egg pasta and of a wide range of delicious traditional dishes. Over the 30 years since then, nothing has changed in maintaining the top quality of the past thanks to the use of the best raw materials, sourced in Italy and no use of any additives whatsoever.
Our tasty home-made products can be found on dining tables throughout Italy thanks now to new modern technology and the constant innovation
of our production facility.
